3D + 2D Viewer
Click-once the "3D View" panel tab

Single Slice MRI Plane + 3D SPECT:
A slice plane of interest, fused with the 3D SPECT image, can be selected by clicking once
on that slice plane in the Slice Selector box.

Click, hold, and slide the mouse pointer to move through the fused image slices.
gCBF:
To select another (set of) isosurface(s), enter an intensity / CBF value
between the maximum and minimum values shown on the colour bar, into the gCBF (global
Cerebral Blood Flow) box, then press once the Enter button on your keyboard.

Two isosurfaces will now be displayed:
1) the outer isosurface; and 2) the isosurface at the selected gCBF value.
Transparency:
To change the transparency of the outer brain isosurface, click and hold the pointer in
the Transparency box.

Sliding the pointer in the - direction makes the outer surface more transparent, while
sliding the pointer in the + direction makes it more opaque.
VOIs:
If one or more VOIs (Volume Of Interest) have been created then their outersurfaces will
be displayed with the SPECT intensity sampled at each point on the VOI surface.
Flip:
The 2D MRI slice plane cuts the 3D SPECT isosurface(s)

Multiple Slice MRI Planes + 3D SPECT:
A contiguous set of slices of any of the 2D views can be displayed by clicking-once the
first slice of interest, pressing and holding the Shift key, and then clicking-once the
last slice of interest.
