To start a processed patient study, highlight the study in the "Patient Catalog" and click-once the Open button.

Perfusion Tracer Data Quantification.
Please note the standard ECD and IMP imported studies are quantified in arbitrary units of intensity called [counts], whereas IMP-ARG imported studies are quantified in term of cerebral blood flow (CBF) in units of [ml/100g/min].

For CBF quantification we display regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) in the 2D views and global cerebral blood flow (gCBF) in the 3D view.
