Processing SPECT Image Data

If the message

pops up, then click-once the Yes button.

The stage of BrainGuide processing is given at the bottom of the main BrainGuide control panel.

BrainGuide processing is completed when:

• 1) the 2D Axial Talairach Slice Viewer window appears;
• 2) in the 2D View control panel, all types of planes in the Slice Type box become active;
• 3) all choices in the Talairach Grid box become active.
